The program examines the nutritional status, exercise routines, gratitude practices, sleep habits, and spine and nervous system health of both parents. We spend 120 days changing the focus from getting pregnant to improving your health in these areas to increase the chances of conceiving naturally, maintaining a healthy pregnancy and providing optimal wellness for your growing family.
